CADILLAC — The following are arraignments, pleas or sentences occurring in 28th Circuit Court in Wexford County on Nov. 17, Nov. 20 and Nov. 22. All defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law:
• Ronald Matthew Fries Jr., of Lake City, was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 52 days credit for a guilty plea to operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated second offense. He also was ordered to pay $575 in fines and $100 in restitution.
• Cody James Morris, of Cadillac, was sentenced to 240 days in jail with 206 days credit for a guilty plea to the use of methamphetamine. He also was ordered to pay $1,025 in fines.
• Lisa Rena Domke, of Nyssa, Oregon, entered a guilty plea to a charge of possession of fentanyl under 25 grams for her connection with an incident on July 9 in Haring Township. As part of the plea, a second or subsequent offense notice attached to the charge, a charge of operating a motor vehicle while license suspended second offense and a habitual offender fourth offense notice will be dismissed at sentencing. The bond was remanded or revoked. She also pleaded guilty to an added count of use of methamphetamine for her connection with an incident on July 9 in Haring Township. As part of this plea, charges of delivery of methamphetamine second offense, maintaining a drug vehicle second offense and a habitual offender fourth offense notice will be dismissed at sentencing. The bond was remanded or revoked.
• Brian Scott Reilly, of Cadillac, entered a guilty plea to operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated third offense for his connection with an incident on Sept. 1 in Cadillac. As part of the plea, a habitual offender third offense notice will be dismissed at sentencing. Bond was continued.
• Brieanna Carolyn Logic, of Marion, entered a guilty plea to police officer assault, resist or obstruct, and disrupting the peace for her connection with an incident on Aug. 25 in Cadillac. As part of the plea, a second count of police officer assault, resist or obstruct and charges of domestic violence and indecent exposure will be dismissed at sentencing. The bond was modified by the court to remove random testing but all other conditions remained.
• Jeffery Scot Cooper, of Cadillac, entered a guilty plea to operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated third offense and an added count of attempted police officer assault, resist or obstruct for her connection with an incident on Sept. 3 in Cadillac. As part of the plea, charges of police officer assault, resist or obstruct, operating a motor vehicle while license suspended, revoked or denied and operating a motor vehicle with a high BAC will be dismissed at sentencing. Bond was continued.
• Joel Robert Frederick, of Cadillac, was sentenced to four days in jail with four days credit for guilty pleas to police officer assault, resist or obstruct and operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. He also was ordered to pay $1,508 in fines and given 24 months of probation.
• Cheyenne Nicole Foster, of Cadillac, was sentenced to 77 days in jail with 77 days credited for a guilty plea to possession of methamphetamine. She also was ordered to pay $1,298 in fines and given 18 months of probation.
• Dylan Thomas Yaworski, of Cadillac, was sentenced to two days in jail with two days credit for guilty pleas to carrying a concealed weapon under the influence of alcohol and attempted carrying a concealed weapon. He also was ordered to pay $1,408 in fines and given 18 months of probation.
• Eugene Amos Slagle Jr. of Lake City, was sentenced to 150 days in jail with three days credit for a guilty plea to possession of methamphetamine. He also was ordered to pay $1,298 in fines and given 18 months of probation.
• George Christopher Themm, of Cadillac, was sentenced to at least two years in prison and up to six years in prison with 79 days credit and at least 2.5 years in prison and up to 15 years with 79 days credit for guilty pleas to possession of fentanyl less than 25 grams and possession of methamphetamine, respectively. He also was sentenced as a second-offense habitual offender. He also was ordered to pay $1,366 in fines and those are to be paid as a condition of parole. Collection may begin while incarcerated.
• Matthew Ryan Gray, of Manton, was sentenced to at least 20 months in prison and up to 10 years with 30 days credit for a guilty plea to possession of methamphetamine. He also was ordered to pay $198 in fines and those are to be paid as a condition of parole. Collection may begin while incarcerated. This sentence is to be served concurrently with a sentence out of Isabella County.
• Robert James Lockard, of Tustin, was sentenced to 30 days in jail with 26 days credit for a guilty plea to probation violations stemming from previous convictions to carrying a concealed weapon and operating a motor vehicle while impaired.
• Matthew Robert Johnston, of Buckley, was sentenced to 133 days in jail with 118 days credit for a guilty plea to a probation violation stemming from a previous conviction of operating a motor vehicle third offense. During his sentencing, Johnston was found to be in contempt of court for courtroom misconduct, court records indicate. However, no additional fines or jail were assessed as a result.
